This is the Doc. Otherwise known as Derek Close, PC Specialist, family man, and all-around great guy!
Derek has 10+ years of computer repair and support experience. There is nothing he likes more than taking a sick computer and making it well!
While he might not be a "fancy" man, the Doc is superb at what he does, and has the testimonies of many satisfied customers across the United States to attest to that fact.
"I really appreciate the superb service the "Doc" provided for my mom and I. My mom is in Montana and I live in Virginia. She called me quite distraught that her computer was doing the "blue screen of death" thing and finally wouldn't even come on anymore. My mom is unable to drive and doesn't get out much, so Internet access allows her to feel connected to others.
I searched for someone who would do house calls and found Derek's website. I submitted a request online to see if he could help. He called within an hour and was so pleasant and offered to go the next day.
